Learn to love your voice
This program is based on ancient texts on Yoga, Mantras, Music and Ayurveda, as well as validated scientific practices. It is open to anyone (yoga students & teachers) who is interested in working deeper on the aspects of Yoga and Sound.

This program is for you if:
-      You are interested in integrating Sound and Mantras into your practice
-      You would like to gain an authentic and deeper understanding about the links between the classical practices in the Yogasutras, Mantras, Music and Meditation
-      You would benefit from infusing your Yoga teaching with Sound and breath-based tools and practices
-      You would like to understand more about the ancient scales of Indian classical music and their connections
-      You are interested in Vedic Phonetics, Sanskrit and Chanting.
 
Nitya Mohan, daughter of A.G.Mohan and Indra Mohan, is the director of the Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda training programs in Singapore. She has been teaching for over 28 years. She holds a degree in music and is an exponent of Sanskrit and Vedic chanting. She has taught seminars, trained teachers and performed all over the world including US, Europe, Australia & Asia. She is an exceptional singer hailed for her purity of voice. In her holistic teaching, she blends together a unique combination of classical Yoga, Music, Mantras and Sanskrit.
 
Our thinking and perspectives determine our life experiences. All thoughts are inner sounds. Any positive changes that we wish to bring about in our lives – be it mental, physical or physiological, Sound forms one of the deepest sources we can tap on.
Each of the areas of knowledge listed below will be accompanied by exercises and practical applications, intended to empower the students to integrate the knowledge into their daily lives and teaching.

-      Using my voice as a tool – vocalizing with awareness

Vagus nerve
-      Interoception – the parasympathetic nervous system
-      Sound, Deep breathing and the Vagus nerve
-      Breathing practices and HRV
Pranayama
-      The foundations of classical pranayama
-      Integrating Sound with breathing practices
Sound in Asana
-      Postures for ideal use of mantras and sound
-      Practice sequences with Sound
Vedic Phonetics
-      Introduction to Panini Sutras
-      The dance of Lord Shiva and the origins of the Sanskrit language
-      Sanskrit language pronunciations
Music
-      Scales of classical Indian music
-      Working with different notes and their effects on the mind
Ancient wisdom
-      History of the musical saints of the Vedic wisdom
-      Transcendental wisdom through songs – healing music and its roots
 
 
Cost
Registration is for the full course. It is not possible to register for a single day.

Registration Fee-150 NIS (will not be refunded)

Guests-1100 NIS

It is possible to pay in 3 payments:
First payment: No later then the 5th of April
Second payment: No later then the 5th of May
Third payment (or the whole amount): No later then the 1st of June

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations prior to May 22nd, a full refund will be granted minus a 150 ILS charge.
For cancellations after May 22nd, no refunds will be granted.
