Join Eddy Toyonaga in “The Motion of Devotion” workshop where Super Soldier pose and the Puppy Press pose will be dissected.

The exploration of the necessary actions to get into Super Soldier Pose, and how those same movements can help maximize the entry into the Puppy Press, a variation of pressing up to handstand will be the focus of this 2.5 hours intensive. 

All levels are welcome.

All that is required is a sense of playfulness!
